Vape / E-Cigarette requires declaration at customs (and in some cases an import permit) when carried by travelers into Poland. National Revenue Administration (KAS) — Customs Service applies a personal-allowance threshold per item category; quantities above attract duty + the destination's VAT/GST rate (23%) plus, for select categories, an additional excise tax. EU customs harmonisation and EU Regulation 608/2013 IPR enforcement apply alongside national rules. Travelers should consult National Revenue Administration (KAS) — Customs Service for the current quantity threshold + documentation requirement before departure.

Leaving Poland with vape / e-cigarette
Personal-use vape devices are generally free to export from Poland. However, many destinations (Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Taiwan, Vietnam, India in commercial quantities) prohibit or heavily restrict vape import — verify destination-side rules. Lithium-battery-powered devices should be carried in cabin baggage per IATA DGR.
Travelers aged 17+ from outside the EU may bring 1 L spirits over 22% ABV (or 2 L under 22%) plus 4 L still wine and 16 L beer duty-free. Tobacco 200 cigarettes / 100 cigarillos / 50 cigars. Goods up to EUR 430 (air arrival) / EUR 300 (land arrival). Intra-EU: no quantity limit but personal use only.
Carry Vape / E-Cigarette in carry-on where applicable (medication / lithium battery / valuables). On arrival, walk the Red Channel and declare on the customs form.
