GOODS ACROSS BORDERS

STAY CURRENT

Subscribe to updates

Customs rules change constantly. We don't run an email newsletter (yet). Instead, here are truth-first ways to keep an eye on the data that matters to you.

1. RSS feed

Every curated change (addition, update, correction, removal) is published at /feed.xml. Plug that URL into any feed reader (NetNewsWire, Feedly, Inoreader, Reeder). Newest 100 entries.

Format: RSS 2.0 · updated on each deploy.

2. Personal watchlist

The Watchlist tool lets you save rule, item, country, guide, scenario, airport and airline pages. Bookmarks live in your browser's local storage — no account, no login, no sync. Revisit the watchlist page periodically and each entry shows its current status.

3. Changelog page

The Changelog surfaces the same entries as the RSS feed, plus a secondary rule-verification history showing when batches of rules were last reviewed against official sources.

4. Email (per-request)

We don't run a mailing list. If you want a heads-up on a specific country or item, email corrections@goodsacrossborders.com with the URL. We'll reply once when the next material change lands and then not again.

What counts as a change

We record: new rules, status changes (e.g. restricted → prohibited), penalty updates, new sourced evidence, and corrections after reader reports. We do not record verification-only passes where nothing changed; those show only in the rule verification history on the changelog page.
