Perfume carried for personal use enters Senegal as ordinary personal goods — Senegal admits accompanied personal goods up to roughly USD 500 duty-free; above that, declare at the red channel and pay duty/tax on the excess. There is no perfume-specific import restriction for travellers; the binding constraints are aviation rules (cabin containers ≤100 ml in the liquids bag; larger bottles in checked baggage or sealed duty-free bags) and quantity: several identical new boxed bottles read as commercial goods to Direction Générale des Douanes du Sénégal. Duty-free airport purchases within the allowance are the simplest route.

Leaving Senegal with perfume / fragrance

Personal-use perfume and fragrance may be taken out of Senegal without export formalities. Personal perfume is freely exportable.
