Perfume is classified as a flammable liquid (UN 1266, Hazard Class 3). USPS accepts perfume only via ground transportation services, not airmail. FedEx and UPS accept with proper dangerous goods declaration and ORM-D/Limited Quantity markings. Maximum 16 oz per package for ground.
Carry-on limit 100ml per container under standard liquid rule. Bulk shipments (over 500ml total per passenger) need IATA DG paperwork. Declare any commercial quantity at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
