Personal-use personal tattoo equipment may be taken out of Australia without export formalities. Personal tattoo machines and supplies are freely exportable. Needles should be new, sealed, and carried with a professional-use explanation for security screening. Destination-side, practising is separately licensed and some countries regulate tattoo ink ingredients (EU REACH restrictions).
