UAE requires an import permit from the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE). Dogs must be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies, and have a health certificate. Blood titer test required from non-listed countries. Some breeds are restricted (mixed wolf breeds prohibited).
