- 01Oman's Sultan Haitham reform programme (Vision 2040) is liberalising trade and customs procedures.
- 02Oman is the most relaxed GCC state on personal-alcohol carriage at 2 L; still alcohol must be in checked baggage and declared.
- 03Oman did not formally join the Abraham Accords but Israeli citizens received reciprocal visa-on-arrival access starting 2024.
