USPS prohibits mailing standalone lithium batteries internationally. Lithium batteries contained in equipment may be shipped domestically with restrictions. For international shipping, only lithium batteries installed in devices (UN 3481) under 100Wh are accepted via USPS ground services.
Use private couriers (FedEx, UPS) for lithium battery shipments as they accept properly declared dangerous goods. Never ship damaged or recalled power banks.
