Personal-use quantities (typically ≤30-90 days' supply) accompanied by the prescription and doctor's letter are generally permitted for export from Vietnam; above these limits a Drug Administration of Vietnam (MoH) authorisation is required in advance. Destination-side treatment is the sharper risk — several countries (Japan requires advance permission; some jurisdictions ban amphetamine-class medicines outright) restrict arrival with stimulant ADHD medication, so verify the arrival rule for the same route.
