Taking vyvanse / lisdexamfetamine out of Indonesia
Amphetamine-class medicines such as Vyvanse have no approved medical channel in Indonesia; possession is a criminal offence, so there is no lawful personal export.
Details
Indonesia does not recognise lisdexamfetamine as an approved medicine — amphetamine-class substances are treated as illicit narcotics under Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics regardless of a foreign prescription. Because lawful possession is not available to travellers, there is no personal-export pathway, and travellers face prosecution on exit as well as entry. Anyone requiring ADHD medication while in Indonesia should consult the health authority about approved alternatives before travel.
