Taking laptops out of Mongolia

Details

Personal-use laptops, tablets, and consumer electronics may be exported from Mongolia without advance authorisation at personal-use quantities. High-end computing equipment may fall under dual-use export controls for sanctions-listed destinations. Strong-encryption software and hardware similarly may face export licensing. Personal-use consumer laptops carrying general commercial encryption are unrestricted.
