Most meat products prohibited under GACC regulations

Details

China prohibits the import of most meat products in personal luggage. The General Administration of Customs (GACC) enforces strict animal quarantine rules. Fresh, frozen, cured, and dried meats from most countries are prohibited. African Swine Fever concerns have tightened enforcement significantly since 2018.
