Thailand requires drones to be registered with both the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) and the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). Drones over 2kg require additional insurance. No-fly zones include royal palaces, temples, airports, and military areas.
