Details
Brazil requires all drones to be registered with ANAC (Civil Aviation Agency) and ANATEL (telecommunications regulator). Foreign visitors can register online. No-fly zones include airports, military areas, and indigenous territories. Maximum altitude 120m in uncontrolled airspace.

Consumer Drone is classified under Class 9 — Miscellaneous dangerous goods. Cabin and checked-baggage limits apply on top of customs rules.
Practical advice
Register with both ANAC and ANATEL before flying. Many tourist areas (Iguaçu, Christ the Redeemer) are restricted.
