CBD Oil is prohibited for travelers entering Kuwait. Kuwait General Administration of Customs screens baggage at all ports of entry; the item is seized regardless of quantity, and depending on item class (narcotic / weapon / counterfeit / cultural-heritage), the traveler may face administrative or criminal penalty under the destination's controlled-substances / customs act. GCC Common Customs Law applies for GCC member states; national restrictions on alcohol / pork / political-religious content are strictly enforced. Personal-import permit pathways exist for medication categories (see Kuwait General Administration of Customs guidance) but do not apply to most prohibited items.

Kuwait treats cannabidiol (CBD) and other cannabis derivatives as controlled substances under Law No. 74 of 1983 on narcotic drugs, with no general personal-possession exemption for hemp-derived or low-THC products. Because lawful possession is not available to travellers, there is no personal-export pathway — CBD products found at departure screening are subject to seizure and the traveller to prosecution under the same narcotics framework that applies on entry. Travellers should not transit Kuwait carrying CBD products of any THC content.
Do not carry CBD Oil into Kuwait. If you arrive with the item by accident, surrender at the Red Channel for seizure-only treatment rather than walking the Green Channel — the latter is treated as deliberate smuggling.
