Details
China's National Narcotics Control Commission added synthetic and plant-derived cannabidiol (CBD) to the country's list of Class 1 controlled psychotropic substances effective 2022. Import, possession, or use of CBD oil — regardless of THC content or country of origin — is a criminal offence under the Narcotics Control Law of the PRC. Travelers carrying CBD products risk seizure and prosecution.

Zero tolerance — any quantity is prohibited
