Details

Indonesia's Narkotika Act (UU 35/2009) classifies cannabis seeds as Group I narcotics. Bea Cukai screens incoming baggage at CGK / DPS / SUB / KNO; seeds are seized regardless of germination status. Personal-quantity carriage attracts 4-12 years imprisonment plus IDR 800 million-8 billion fine; sale or distribution attracts the death penalty.

Zero tolerance — any quantity is prohibited
