Details

While cannabis is legal in Canada, importing cannabis seeds across the border is illegal under the Cannabis Act. Canada Border Services Agency treats all international cannabis imports as criminal offences regardless of domestic legalization. Seeds must be purchased from licensed Canadian producers.

Surrender at customs

Do not bring cannabis seeds into Canada. Purchase from licensed domestic retailers.
