Thailand's Ministry of Public Health Notification (2014) and Customs Act prohibit the import, export, sale, possession, and postal dispatch of all e-cigarettes, vape pods, and e-liquids. Thailand Post and private couriers screen incoming international parcels; devices found are seized and forwarded to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board. Penalty: imprisonment up to 10 years and/or fine up to four times the parcel value. Tourists shipping personal devices home may also face on-arrival prosecution if they re-enter the country.
Do not carry, post, or import e-cigarettes, pods, or e-liquid into Thailand. Thai Customs screens for vape devices at all ports of entry; seizure plus statutory penalty applies. If discovered already in country, surrender the device at the customs Red Channel and depart promptly.

Thailand Post and customs assess duties and taxes on international postal parcels. Items valued over THB 1,500 are subject to customs duties and VAT. Import declaration required for goods above this threshold.
