USPS updated its policy in 2019 to accept mailing of hemp-derived CBD products containing under 0.3% THC, following the 2018 Farm Bill legalization. Sender must retain records proving hemp origin and THC compliance. Products above 0.3% THC are still prohibited as Schedule I substances.
Include certificate of analysis in the package. Only hemp-derived CBD under 0.3% THC is maileable.
