La Poste Tunisienne and Direction Générale des Douanes handle inbound parcels at Tunis-Carthage (TUN). Customs duty (0-30%) plus 19% TVA on commercial-value parcels. Free trade with the EU under the Association Agreement (preferential rates for EU-origin). Prohibited mail: narcotics, counterfeit branded goods, materials offensive to Islamic values, pornographic material. Currency export limited to declared inbound. Pharmaceutical mail requires Ministry of Health permit.
