Correos de Cuba and Aduana General de la República handle inbound parcels at Havana (HAV). Cuba does not apply a personal-import duty-free threshold; parcels assessed at value with significant duty above thresholds. US OFAC sanctions restrict commercial trade for US persons but personal-effect family parcels are permitted.
