Cambodia Post and General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE) handle inbound parcels at Phnom Penh (PNH). Personal-import parcels under KHR 200,000 (≈USD 50) duty-free; above attracts customs duty (7-35%) plus 10% VAT. ASEAN AFTA preferential treatment for member-state origin. Prohibited mail: narcotics, counterfeit goods, Khmer-era cultural property without Ministry of Culture permit.
