Commodity coverage

ASEAN's flagship FTA covering 10 member states. ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) since 2010 reduces intra-bloc tariffs to 0% for most products (CLMV countries get phased reductions). ASEAN Single Window operational since 2018 facilitates customs filings.

Rules of origin

ATIGA Form D Certificate of Origin required for preferential treatment. Standard 40% regional value content or change of tariff classification rule.
